I am grasping (You could say gasping also, lol) for air at the moment. Still at about two hours a day practice with one low or slow day when I only got in about half hour.
Oxygen… Having a tube shoved up my nose is nonetheless annoying. As suspected, the deeps breaths and constant practice has generally improved my breathing slightly.
As time rolls on and I am confident I will “get it” eventually and my lungs and diaphragm will strengthen more.
